Miliou is one of the smallest villages in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cyprus\">Cyprus<\/a>&nbsp;and has a population of about 60. It is also one of the greenest villages in the area, thanks to an abundant supply of spring water, surrounded by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Citrus_grove\">citrus groves<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Almond\">almond<\/a>&nbsp;trees and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vineyard\">vineyards<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Miliou is one of the villages involved in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=Laona_Project&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">Laona Project<\/a>, a non-profit organisation established to implement rural regeneration and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ecotourism\">ecotourism<\/a>&nbsp;and to help introduce the concept of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Agrotourism\">agrotourism<\/a>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cyprus\">Cyprus<\/a>.
